You took your best live launch, copied the masterclass, reused the emails, connected everything inside your email platform, and expected sales to keep coming in.

Then… nothing happened.

This is one of the most common problems I see with female founders who already have proof that their offer works. The live launch converted, the audience was engaged, and people bought. So it feels logical to assume the evergreen version should convert too.

But a live launch and an evergreen funnel are not the same experience.

What was actually selling during your launch?

Think back to your last launch.

You were probably:

  • posting Instagram stories every day
  • talking about the offer repeatedly
  • answering objections in DMs
  • going live or hosting Q&As
  • celebrating new sign-ups publicly
  • reminding people about the deadline

That activity created momentum, trust, and urgency.

Your emails were supporting the launch, not carrying the entire sale. Most launch emails simply announced the masterclass, sent the replay, reminded people about the cart close date, and repeated points you had already made on social media.

When you turned the launch into an evergreen funnel, you kept the assets but removed the salesperson.

And that salesperson was you.

The evergreen trap

When the funnel doesn’t convert, most founders respond by creating another offer and planning another live launch.

Why? Because launching feels familiar and gives a faster feedback loop.

But every time you do that, you reinforce the belief that people only buy when you are live.

That creates a business model where you must constantly show up to generate revenue. Social media becomes a requirement, not a choice.

The goal of an evergreen funnel is different. It should allow you to:

  • sign clients while you’re offline
  • make sales during quieter seasons
  • launch because you want to, not because you need cash flow
  • create predictable monthly revenue

The 3 jobs your evergreen email sequence must do

A high-converting evergreen email sequence has to replace the selling activities you were doing manually.

1. Create excitement

Your stories created energy and anticipation. Your emails must do the same by helping the reader see what is possible and why this offer matters now.

2. Handle objections

In a live launch, people DM you with questions. In evergreen, the sequence must answer those questions before they’re asked.

3. Create a reason to decide

Without a deadline, many leads stay stuck in “I’ll think about it.” Your funnel needs ethical urgency and a clear next step.

A real benchmark

One of my clients had a funnel that was basically her launch emails pasted into an automation. It produced almost no sales.

We didn’t throw everything away.

We mapped every selling action she had been doing during the launch and rebuilt the sequence to do those jobs automatically. After the rework, the funnel converted 20% of leads and started bringing in 5 to 10 clients per month for the same signature offer.

The offer didn’t change.

The funnel experience did.

If your launch worked and your funnel didn’t, don’t assume evergreen is broken.

You probably recycled a launch instead of building a real evergreen sales system.

Your existing launch assets are already valuable because they proved that people want the offer. The next step is turning those assets into a sequence that creates trust, handles objections, and gives people a reason to buy without requiring you to be in stories every day.

That is the difference between a launch that depends on you and a funnel that keeps selling while you live your life.

I help ambitious women build businesses that are bold, profitable, and fully aligned with who they are,  without following cookie-cutter strategies or burning out trying to do it all.

I’ve built three multi-six-figure businesses from scratch, and I’ve helped hundreds of women (starting from zero to 7+ figure) refine their offers, master their messaging, step into their power with positioning that actually gets them paid, and build systems and funnels to automate their sales.

I don’t teach one way to grow your business online. I help you find YOUR way. The way that matches your energy, your vision, and your big goals. I know you are building an empire, not a cute little side business.

As a mom of a wild 6 years old boy, living on a tiny 7km² island in Asia, running a business I love and working just four days a week, I know that you don’t have to choose between ambition and freedom. You get to have both.

Ready to stop doing business like everyone else and finally become the one people buy from because your content and offers are fire?! Let’s go!!
